Practical assignment: Set-up of database (with spreadsheets) based on previous research for the analysis of trends in (hidden) costs of Information Technology. Further new research was done within three Business Units of AEGON on (hidden) costs of Information Technology per workplace and per (insurance) contract handled. This project consisted of interviews, the generation of spread-sheet models, analysis and presentation of results
